More pancakes!! We can't get enough of pancakes here at Popcorn Shedquarters and love ALL the recipes our fellow popcorn fans send us. This easy recipe for popcorn protein pancakes is super quick to make and will keep you filled up all morning. Win win situation right here!!

Popcorn Protein Pancakes Recipe

 

Ingredients
1 Banana
50g Oats
2 Medium Eggs
1 Scoop Protein Powder (plain, or in your favourite flavour)
1 Shed (or more!!) of your favourite popcorn

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for around 60 seconds.

  2. Heat up a little oil in a medium pan and pour in pancake mix into equal circles (size is up to your preference).

  3. Cook on both sides until brown / cooked through.

  4. Stack them up, throw on your favourite Popcorn Shed gourmet popcorn along with any additional fruits and spreads. In this recipe we used Butterscotch popcorn and Salted Caramel popcorn.

  5. Dig in and Enjoy!
