3. This Competition is open to Mainland UK residents aged 18 and over between
09:00 GMT 16 th September 2024 and 23:59 GMT 30 th September 2024
(inclusive).

can unsubscribe from at any time.
5. No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted.
6. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed
or are unable to be uploaded because of any technical fault or other reason.
7. The competition commences at 09:00 GMT 16 th September 2024 until 23:59
30th September 2024. Entries received after that date and time will not be
considered.
8. 11 lucky winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries after the
competition has closed.
9. The ‘Popcorn Shed x The Crown: Season 6 Giveaway’ prize can only be
delivered to a Mainland UK address.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent for the prize. At
the Promoter's discretion another prize of equivalent or greater value may be
substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the Promoter is unable to offer
the intended prize.
11. Popcorn Shed Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the
prize and not specifically included in the prize.
12. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Popcorn
Shed Ltd for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation as
a result of its negligence.
13. Popcorn Shed Ltd have organised this prize draw in good faith and accepts
no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment
incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or
accepting the prize. Popcorn Shed Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury
or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from
participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the
Competition.
14. Popcorn Shed Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to
modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or
without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without
limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision
of Popcorn Shed Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered in to.
15. Popcorn Shed Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its
obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable
control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather
conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities,
political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation, or
any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
16. Popcorn Shed Ltd has the right to transfer all obligations to another group
entity.
