We are working extremely hard to continue to deliver happiness through popcorn. Having seen a significant increase in the number of web orders, we are continuing to operate and ship out orders, albeit at a reduced warehouse capacity as we are practising social distancing regulations in line with government regulations. This will allow our team to focus on the job at hand whilst remaining safe.

In addition, we have been experiencing some delays with some parcel deliveries using Royal Mail. We understand that their network is also stretched due to staff absences and a surge in parcel volumes. We continue to monitor the situation closely with Royal Mail and will review our guidance regularly. At present, we regret that we cannot guarantee 48hr delivery timeframes.
Orders to UK Mainland addresses are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard, so you should receive your order within 2-3 working days.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched, with a unique Royal Mail tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.
If there is a query with the address provided, please leave a contact number in the box provided when entering your address so we can re-arrange the delivery.
Shipping to the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95 or FREE if you order £25 or more.
Expedited orders to the UK Mainland addresses are shipped via next working day Parcel Force next day courier service, so you should receive your order next working day. Expedited orders have to be placed before 12pm to receive next day delivery.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched, with a unique UK Mail tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping to the UK via Parcel Force next day courier service is £5.95.
Where possible, we ship standard international orders via Signed For Royal Mail International Parcel Service. You will be given this option at checkout if your basket is suitable for dispatch via this service. Your order can take up to 7-14 working days to arrive depending on where in the world you are.
Royal Mail International will work with a partner courier in the destination country to deliver your parcel. Please note that your parcel will be delivered anytime between 9am and 8pm, we cannot control the exact date or time of delivery.

We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Popcorn Shed ltd. Once item is returned and checked. Item is refunded within 30 days of receiving the undamaged saleable product.
If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
