Flavour of the month: Berry-licious

February is here and it's the month of... LOVE! As Valentine's Day is coming up, we thought this would be the perfect time to put our most loveable flavour in the spotlights: Berry-licious!

Berry-licious, aka the Love Shed

Here at Shedquarters we have been spreading kernel shaped love ever since we started our business in our garden shed in 2016. We love popcorn as it brings people together and if you ask us, the best kind of love should be shared with the ones around you!

If love would be a flavour, for us it would be fruity, rich, slightly sweet and super decadent. A combination of raspberries and dark chocolate, perhaps...?

To make our luscious Berry-licious Gourmet Popcorn, we coat our air popped corn with a deliciously rich and sweet caramel. When making this fresh caramel, we add real freeze dried raspberries for a super fruity caramel and raspberry flavour. Next, melt some yummy chocolate over the popcorn to create a tasty, chocolatey coating. For this we use dark chocolate, to balance the sweetness perfectly. 

That's how we make our Berry-licious popcorn: a magical mixture of fruity tart raspberry and indulgent dark chocolate. So good it's just impossible to keep it a secret. Share the love!
