At Popcorn Shed we are big on flavour and texture. That’s why we make a fresh batch of caramel every time we produce any flavour from our gourmet popcorn. It’s also why we add delicious inclusions such as chocolate, fruit or nuts to our recipes, which is what makes our popcorn flavours extra special. 

However, we know that sometimes there’s just nothing better than making your own freshly popped popcorn at home. But how to top your popcorn to jazz it up and make it taste a bit more special than just sweet or salty? We’ve got you!

What’s inside?

Our new popcorn toppings kit contains gourmet popping kernels and five different popcorn toppings. With something to drizzle and something to shake, this kit will allow you to get creative and make your own delicious popcorn creation.

Because we are pretty much obsessed with popcorn (as you can imagine…) we’ve been doing everything we could to source the best popcorn toppings to fill this kit with. If you ask us, the sweet popcorn toppings we chose are totally scrumptious and will allow you to make the best popcorn you’ve ever made at home. 

The kit contains the following five sweet popcorn toppings:

• Milk Chocolate Chunks
• Dark Chocolate Chunks
• Mini Fudge Cubes
• Mini Multicoloured Chocolate Beans
• Chocolate Coated Honeycomb Pieces

How to top your popcorn?

Our Popcorn Toppings Kit allows you to get creative and make your popcorn just the way you like it. Whether you use one topping, or all 5! Simply pop some kernels in a pan or an air popper and lightly flavour this with sugar or salt (or both) to your liking. Then, pick your topping(s) and top your freshly popped corn while it’s still hot. 

If you’re looking for a delicious chocolate drizzle, simply melt the chocolate chunks au-bain-marie or in a microwave. Then use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over your popcorn before adding other toppings. This way they’ll stick to the popcorn much better!

A fun activity to do with kids

Why not involve your kids and let them make their own snack creations with our popcorn toppings kit?
