Whether it’s a night in with friends, family time or date night, a movie night is the perfect way to share an evening and unwind with your loved ones.

Life can be hectic so finding time (and excuses) to share moments can be tricky.

Here’s your 5 step plan to making a movie night an event to enjoy and remember…

1) The right show

Picking something that everybody likes isn’t easy… Rather than giving unlimited options let the movie watchers choose from a preselected choice of 5 films.

2) Once upon a time… Are you sitting comfortably? because now I’ll begin…

It should be Lights, Camera, Action! Not… lights, camera, get up move, rearrange, pause, telephone rings… Try and recreate the cinema experience by dimming the lights, turning phones off and having no interruptions. POP some pillows and blankets down for extra snuggly comfort.

3) Top treats

Try and theme your snacks to match the film you’re watching. Here are some of our suggestions:

Salted Caramel:

Titanic ⛴
The Beach🌴
Cast away 🏝

Pecan Pie:

Forest Gump
Alvin and the chipmunks🐿

Rich Chocolate:

Chocolate🍫
Amelie

4) Tis the season to…

Halloween? 🎃Christmas? 🎄Easter?🐰

There’s always a film to match the time of year and a great time to see a classic! Has anyone ever seen Home Alone at Christmas?!
