This recipe is a fun twist on the viral TikTok air fryer s’mores that took the app by storm. While the original showcased marshmallows and chocolate melting into gooey perfection, this version elevates the experience with a crunchy, caramelized topping of Popcorn Shed's toasted marshmallow popcorn. Using an air fryer and baking paper, this quick, mess-free recipe is easy to whip up and perfect for sharing. With just a few simple ingredients—rich tea biscuits, marshmallows, chocolate, and a sprinkle of popcorn—this dessert is the ultimate treat for cozy nights in. So grab your air fryer, and let’s get started on this sweet, melty masterpiece!

You will need an air fryer and baking paper for this.


Ingredients:

  • Rich tea biscuits
  • 200g Marshmallows
  • 50g milk chocolate (cut into small squares)
  • Toasted Marshmallow popcorn from Popcorn Shed 

 


Method:

1. Prepare your airfryer: Line the airfryer basket with baking paper leaving 1-inch space on the edges so you can easily lift it out!

TIP: Measure out the paper according to the size of your airfryer basket, then scrumple the paper into a ball and unravel again to line. This will ensure the paper stays in place. 

2. Add the marshmallows: Place the marshmallows into the basket ensuring they are all level.

3. Air fry: Set the air fryer to 180°C and cook for 2 minutes. Keep an eye on them as marshmallows can brown quickly. They’re ready when the marshmallows are golden and starting to melt.

4. Add chocolate: Using as much chocolate as you like, press it into the softened marshmallows.

5. Melt chocolate: Place the basket back into the air fryer and using the same settings as before, melt the marshmallows and chocolate pieces together for 1 more minute. 

Check the consistency, then pop it back in the air fryer for another minute if you prefer the marshmallows more golden and the chocolate more soft.

Be careful not to burn the chocolate

6. Add toppings: Add Popcorn Shed’s delicious toasted marshmallow popcorn into the melted marshmallows. As much as you like!

7.Serve: Carefully lift and place the baking paper into a bowl and dip your biscuits into the chocolatey sweet goodness. Enjoy warm!
