Baked Banana Oats with Toffee Popcorn
Baked oats is THE new foodie trend on social media and we're not mad about it! It's super easy to make, you can make it in any flavour you like and it tastes like you're eating cake for breakfast. What's not to love??
Vegan foodie Anna (@veganbyannaa on instagram) created this super tasty and easy recipe for baked oats using our vegan toffee popcorn as a topping. YUM! Baked Banana Toffee Oats with a Cookie Dough Centre
Makes one serving
Recipe
For the cookie dough:
4 tbsp banana toffee protein powder (Anna used this one)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soya yoghurt
Leave overnight in the fridge in a sealed container.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 1 cup oats with soya milk then scoop out your cookie dough into the centre. Chop half a banana and place it on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with some toffee sauce and toffee popcorn, and you're done!
