200g Unsalted Butter

275g Caster Sugar

40g Cocoa Powder, sifted
50g Popcorn Shed Pecan Pie Popcorn, roughly chopped
50g Pecans, roughly chopped
20g Popcorn Shed Pecan Pie Popcorn
20g Pecans, roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 180˚C fan oven. Lightly grease and line an 8” round tin.
In a bowl in the microwave, gently melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth. Set aside to cool down.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until thick in texture and pale in colour (this should take about 5 minutes)
Add the cooled chocolate mixture and fold until combined. Carefully fold in the flour, cocoa powder, popcorn and pecans.
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into triangular slices and top with the remaining popcorn and pieces of pecans. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
