Popcorn Shed Salted Caramel Popcorn
Jug or microwaveable bowl
Baking tray or plate
Start by lining the tray or plate with greaseproof paper.
Then place two handfuls of marshmallows and a tablespoon of golden syrup into the pan and melt on a low heat, stirring often.
Pour the popcorn into the bowl and add the melted mixture.
Stir immediately and until the mixture starts to bind.
Once it's sticking together use your hands to make the mixture into balls and layout onto the tray or plate.
Place in the fridge to set for 5 to 10 minutes. Then in either a microwave or over a pan of water melt the chocolate.
Dip the popcorn balls into the chocolate and lay back out on the tray or plate.
Place back in the fridge to cool.
Your yummy Popcorn Shed snack balls will be ready to eat in around 20 minutes!
