Sweet Rainbow Popcorn Recipe

A Rainbow of Possibilities!

Multicoloured popcorn is so much fun and very easy to make.

The recipe below makes enough popcorn for 3 colours.

Ingredients:

200g of unpopped kernels 
180g of sugar
2 tablespoons water
Colour/s of choice

Method:

Put the sugar and water into a pan and heat slowly until all the sugar is dissolved and a sugary syrup is created.

Take off the heat and divide into separate bowls.

Put a few drops of the colour of your choosing into each bowl and mix.

Then add your popcorn to the coloured syrup and mix it through until all the popcorn is completely coated.
