One of our favourite things about Autumn? Toffee apples!

Sweet, rich in flavour and (somewhat) healthy, it's one of our go-to treats this season. That's why we were POPpin' with excitement when we saw this incredible Toffee Apple Smoothie Bowl recipe pop up on our socials.

Made by munchingwithmolly_x on Instagram, it's a treat to look at, and one of our new favourite breakfast recipes. As Molly says (very wisely): 'popcorn is the new granola!!'. Topped with our vegan toffee popcorn, this smoothie bowl is a must-try!


Toffee Apple Popcorn Smoothie Bowl recipe 



Makes 1 smoothie bowl

- 100g frozen banana
- 50g frozen berries
- 100g frozen cauliflower
- 150ml soy milk
- 1tbsp spirulina powder (OPTIONAL, but makes it green for spooky season) 
- 30g protein powder (OPTIONAL)

Blend these ingredients together gradually, be patient!

Top with your favourite toppings. Molly used:

- Toffee Mini Pop popcorn
- Toasted desiccated coconut
- Freeze dried raspberry pieces
- Apple slices
