Healthy Vegan Smoothie Bowl Recipe with Butterscotch Popcorn Topping

 

The recipe is super simple and quick to make.

Ingredients
The basis:
100g frozen banana
150g frozen cauliflower
1tsp cinnamon
30g your favourite flavour protein powder (optional)
50-100ml soy milk

Toppings:
30g dark chocolate
20g butterscotch popcorn
Half a banana (sliced)
30g your favourite granola

Method
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
Top with butterscotch popcorn, melted chocolate, banana slices, and granola and voila! Enjoy!
